Hey, I’m Sean, a 25-year-old fitness enthusiast from New Zealand. For the past 10 years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of fitness, and over the past two years, I’ve had the pleasure of developing my skills as a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach. This program is aimed towards beginners looking to venture into the world of body-weight mastery, through the discipline of Calisthenics and the foundation of movement that is Mobility.

After our consultation call, I will create a personalised plan that you can follow, based on your specifc needs and goals.
Each week you will send me videos of you completing the exercises, which I will give feedback on whatsapp via text, voice messages and/or videos. You will also have the option for a facetime call each week going through one of your sessions.
My coaching package is a month by month basis with no minimum term to sign up. However, I recommend signing up for at least 3 months to see progress.
I will tailor a program specifically based on your goals. This can be solely calisthenics training, functional strength training with weights, mobility, or a combination of all, as these are my specialties.
I will do my utmost to give you feedback as soon as possible, as you’re paying good money for my services! I aim to do this on the same day.
